brltty-espeak software package provides Access software for a blind person - espeak driver, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install brltty-espeak
brltty-espeak is installed in your system.
Make ensure the brltty-espeak package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep brltty-espeak *
You will get with brltty-espeak package name, version, architecture and description in a table
